All Hallows

  • Church of St. Anthony of Padua 154 Sullivan Street New York, NY, 10012 United States (map)

An orchestra event.

A meditation on deep longing for everlasting life.

The mystery of life revealed through music, in an atmosphere that turned the soul toward heaven- our home and where true beauty resides.

Conductors Jacob Beranek and Christa Dalmazio led 40+ musicians through a program of both moving and celebratory pieces written by some of the world’s greatest Christian composers, including Mozart and Beethoven.

This was accompanied by a reflection on All Saint and All Souls Day given by Fr. Jonah Teller, OP, Parochial Vicar at St. Joseph’s Church of Greeenwich Village.
