It was a special night for those in attendance to experience the Mass as Mozart would’ve back in the 18th Century. The Higher Word Orchestra played Mozart’s Requiem in its entirety on February 26th to accompany Mass celebrated in the Tridentine Rite for the repose of the soul of Alex Klucik.
Alex Klucik, who died at age 19, was a uniquely virtuous young man devoted to the Eucharist and the Rosary, and his family has launched a Catholic fraternal residence in NYC in his honor (Alexander Hall - Click Here for more info). This Requiem Mass was an opportunity to pray for Alex's soul while raising awareness about his life and the legacy being built through this housing project.
The Mass was beautiful to experience and a fantastic way to pray for Alex’s soul - we thank Frs. Brian Graebe, Leo Camurati, and Roger Kwan for celebrating and Jacob Beranek, Christa Dalmazio, and the entire Higher Word Orchestra for providing the music.
